Terry joined the Practice in May 1988 from Northamptonshire County Council. He was awarded a Diploma in Town Planning (Nottingham) and was elected a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1971. He attended Leicester School of Management and was awarded a Diploma in Management Studies (with Distinction) in 1980. In Local Government he gained wide experience in all aspects of development control, Local and Structure Plan work. At BBA he has successfully represented major house builders, national companies, public sector and other clients in the submission of representations and appearances at Structure Plan Examinations in Public, Local Plan Public Inquiries and Local Development Documents, site appraisals, submission of planning applications, preparation of environmental assessments and the promotion of new settlements. Terry now works in a consultancy capacity for the Practice.
